Mr Stewart is a qualified chartered accountant. After leaving the profession he held a number of executive management positions in listed and unlisted companies in Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, Russia and Azerbaijan. Those companies had operations in Australia, Europe, North America, Asia and the Former Soviet Union. In that time he was involved in taking a number of companies public on the Stock Exchanges of Australia, the United Kingdom and Canada. He has considerable experience in the structuring and financing of transaction and the broader strategic development of companies.
During the 1990's Mr Stewart was based in Europe and was involved in the establishment of a number of oil and gas ventures, particularly in the Former Soviet Union, including two new oil and gas companies listed on the London Stock Exchange. During this time significant capital was raised from international equity markets for the successful development of these projects.

Mr Dowland is a qualified chartered accountant. Since leaving the profession he has been involved as a director or senior consultant / advisor with a number of public companies listed on Stock Exchanges in Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom with operations nationally and internationally. Many of these companies have and continue to be involved in industries including oil and gas exploration and production, gold and other minerals exploration and mining, manufacturing, technology development and marketing, and pharmaceutical research and development. Mr Dowland has considerable corporate finance experience particularly in the oil and gas industry having been a director or advisor to companies that have had operations in the United Kingdom, Russia, Azerbaijan, Indonesia, Australia and New Zealand.
Mr Dowland is also the Executive Chairman of Imugene Limited a company listed on the ASX.

B. Juris. L.L.B. Non Executive Director
Mr Blakiston is a practicing solicitor with legal experience in the resources sector. Mr Blakiston holds the degrees of Bachelor of Jurisprudence and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia and is a partner of the corporate and resource law firm, Blakiston & Crabb.
Mr Blakiston has been practising law for over 20 years. Mr Blakiston is a director of numerous public companies and has previously been a director of both oil and gas exploration and production companies.
Mr Blakiston has extensive commercial experience both in advisory and directorial capacities having been involved in project assessment, structuring and financing, joint ventures and strategic alliances in the resource and technology industries. In addition, Mr Blakiston has experience in initial public offerings, takeovers and mergers, corporate and project fundraisings (either with debt or equity), construction, offtake and sales contracts.

B.Sc. M.Sc. P.Eng. Non Executive Director
Mr Schoch is a Canadian based qualified engineer with considerable experience in the management and growth of listed oil and gas companies. Mr Schoch was the Chief Executive Office and major shareholder of MPH Consulting Limited, a Canadian engineering and geological services company which grew to have operations in over 80 countries.
Mr Schoch also founded Petromet Resources Limited in 1982 and took it public in 1983 focussing on natural gas exploration and production in West Canada. In May 2001 the company was sold to Talisman (one of Canada's largest oil and gas companies) for more than Cdn$900 million.
Until its recent sale, Mr Schoch was the chairman of Kensington Energy Limited, a company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and focussed on natural gas exploration and production in West Canada. He is also the Chairman of the Toronto listed industrial manufacturing company AirBoss of America Limited.

B.Sc (Hons.) Technical Director
Mr Lusted holds a B.Sc (Hons.) from York University in the United Kingdom and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. He has extensive international oil & gas experience, having begun his career in the industry in 1991 with Shell International after serving for several years as an officer in the Royal Navy.
In 1998 Mr. Lusted established LEAding Edge Advantage (“LEA”), an advanced drilling project management consultancy based in Aberdeen. In addition to his role as Engineering Director, he helped grow the company in size and reputation as well as holding project manager positions on a number of world first technology applications. Mr. Lusted relocated to Perth, Western Australia in February 2003 and assumed the position of Regional Director for LEA for the Asia Pacific region. Mr. Lusted was responsible for the establishment of the local branch offices for LEA and in developing a number of new consulting mandates for LEA in the Asia Pacific region.
In mid 2005 Mr Lusted assumed the Technical Director position for Cape Energy, a private oil and gas company, of which LEA was a major shareholder. The company held acreage in Australia and the Philippines where Cape Energy was a key participant in moving the Galoc field to development status.
